5K YOUR WAY
5K Your Way is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a 5K, 3.1 miles, roughly 3,500 steps, or about an hour of your time (at a walking pace), that can be accomplished any way you prefer. We get it, pants are a burden these days and you certainly don’t need them for a Zoom call, so why would we make you put them on for a 5K? This virtual 5K is for those who unabashedly say, “I woke up like this!” And, although we probably could have guessed by your matted hair and pillow imprint on your face, it’s all good because we’re in this together.
Run, walk, ride, rollerblade, cartwheel, skip, skateboard, yoga, do dishes, binge watch your favorite show, meditate, or just sleep. Basically, we encourage you to do you. Knock out this 5K by finishing 3.1 miles, getting 3500 steps, or a dedicating an hour of time to your favorite activity.
